On the header of this template is the mountain banner.. This image is 700x100px. You can simply change this by placing your image in the appropriate directory.

As for the menu. It is centered using a left margin of 140px in the stylesheet.. You can adjust this when necessary to keep it aligned in the center. You may also take the margin out to align it to the left.
